A Jiangsu textile printing and dyeing company is located in Yixing city, Jiangsu province. It was established in 2003 and covers an area of 73,000 square meters. It is a professional manufacturer engaged in flannel printing, dyeing and bleaching. Annual production capacity is 38 million meters and the output value exceeds 100 million yuan. This company has domestic advanced production equipment and technology. It has 4 rotary screen printing lines, 2 dyeing lines, 31 pile machines, 2 pre-treatment production lines and 2 steaming machines. Printing and dyeing wastewater mainly consists of desizing wastewater, scouring wastewater, bleaching wastewater, mercerized wastewater, dyeing wastewater, printing wastewater, etc. These kinds of wastewater contain unreacted dyes, auxiliaries, products after reaction and detachments on fabrics, as well as carcinogenic and teratogenic organic compounds, toxic heavy metals, etc., with strong color and high component hazard. The existing sewage treatment equipment of this company cannot guarantee the effluent compliance. Therefore, Jiangsu customers invited Runneng to develop a suitable printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plan to solve the problem of unsatisfactory wastewater discharge.
Runneng sewage treatment engineers consulted Jiangsu customers on the main production process, learned the specific source of wastewater, treated water volume, treatment process, and went to the site for on-site investigation, sampling for water quality testing. And we finally determined to add a Runneng brand RN-OAQF-500 air flotation machine on the basis of the original wastewater treatment equipments.

In May 2016, Runneng package and load the RN-OAQF-500 air flotation machine customized for Jiangsu customers and transport it to the scene in Jiangsu. After both parties’ inspection, the packaging, model and technical parameters of the air flotation machine are all in line with signed technical agreement. Our technicians instructed installer to install and debug for customer, and then enter trial run phase. At this stage, air flotation machine is in good condition. After inspection by staff, all of water quality indicators are in line with the “Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry Water Pollutant Emission Standard” GB4287-2012. At this point, Jiangsu customer printing and dyeing wastewater treatment project was completed.
