Rotary Mechanical Bar Screen
Description
Rotary mechanical bar screen, also called mechanical mesh grille decontamination machine or rotary grid decontamination machine, is the widely used high efficient advanced solid-liquid separation equipment to continuously intercept and remove large solid particles and floating objects from wastewater.
The rotary mechanical bar screen is composed of the drive mechanism, the frame, the transmission mechanism, the gingham chain traction mechanism, a slag discharge mechanism, and the electrical control system. The motor and reducer driving mechanism of rotary mechanical bar screen is installed in the upper part of the frame, the sprocket on the output shaft of the reducer drives the drive sprocket of the chain traction mechanism through the chain. The role of the driven sprocket is to tighten the tail of the stern chain mounting rack. The chain of the mounting gear traction rotates, which drives the gears installed between the two traction chains to rotate together. Each of the gears is inserted into the gap of the grid to send the intercepted sewage to the upper limit position of the rack. With the chain reversing, the dirt on the gums automatically falls into the garbage cart or other transportation facilities.
